My Story

I've been fortunate to serve in various roles within the marketing team: content writing, product management, and ultimately, managing a local travel website. These roles, diverse yet unified in focus, paved the way for my next endeavor. I contributed to building the Asia Highlights website, taking on the roles of website manager by then and co-founder of the Asia Highlights brand. This new venture is an extension and continuation of China Highlights Travel.
As a mother raising a bilingual pre-schooler with my American husband, my interest in Western culture has grown significantly, along with a keen fascination for understanding the unique 'why' behind each traveler's choices. This passion has opened doors for me to step into the role of Customer Loyalty Manager since 2020. In this position, I assist our team in customizing tours, tailored to our customers' individual preferences, to create an unforgettable journey just for them. By honing in on each traveler's distinctive tastes, we are able to craft not only trips but enduring travel memories that will last for a lifetime.
