My Story
IrisAfter resigning from a foreign trade company in Guangzhou, I joined China Highlights and worked as a travel advisor for 5 years. I booked thousands of tickets for clients from all over the world every year. By securing great deals for my customers and often meeting their budget constraints for business travel, I received numerous 5-star reviews from satisfied clients.
That experience has enabled me to transition smoothly into my current position as a Customer Relation Specialist at Global Highlights. My primary focus is to provide direct support to customers throughout their journey, with a particular emphasis on assisting them after their trips. This includes ensuring that our loyal customers have access to all the rewards available in our loyalty program.
In addition to maintaining regular communication with customers, I also strive to inspire them with travel ideas by keeping them updated with the latest travel information and tours. Furthermore, I assist customers in maximizing the benefits of our loyalty program to enhance their overall travel experiences.
